About the Author, Ansell, Mark

Mark Ansell is Lecturer in Personal Training and Sport Science at City and Islington College, London, where he wrote and now teaches a highly successful degree course in personal training. Before moving into teaching he worked as a gym instructor, fitness manager and personal trainer. He holds a number of professional qualifications and has worked in a variety of settings, ranging from the corporate sector to self-employment.
