About the Author, Kenneth Mullan

Kenneth Mullan, solicitor, is an Appeal Tribunal Chairmanin Northern Ireland and was, until recently a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Ulster. He has published widely in the area of pharmacy law and practice and in various other fields of law.
