GΓΌnter Kompa is the High Frequency Engineering Chair at the University of Kassel, Germany. He holds both a Dipl.-Ing. and Dr.-Ing degree in electrical engineering from the Institute of High Frequency Engineering at the Technical University of Aechen, Germany.
