Preschool Sense Forms Packet

This companion to the Preschool SENSE Manual (available separately) is easy to follow and provides the tools that are necessary to implement a systematic program to help teachers recognize sensory processing disorder among their most challenging students.

The SENSE Forms Packet comes with the necessary forms to screen 8 children for sensory processing issues, including copies of introductory letters, copies of follow-up letters to parents, sensory strategies for preschool, "Sense of My Classroom" form, and individual child's checklists.
