About the Author, Pat Dougan

Pat Dougan is an actress, teacher, trainer, and director. She has appeared in over 650 national and regional commercials, industrials, voice-overs, television shows, and plays, co-starring as Olympia Dukakis's daughter on the TV drama Rachel's Dinner, and in Against the Law and Spenser: For Hire. She attended the Neighborhood Playhouse where she studied with Sanford Meiser, and later with Uta Hagen at HB Studio.Dougan teaches private on-camera acting classes and also teaches in the MFA Professional Theatre Training Program at Brandeis University, conducts presentation and communication skills workshops, and does one-on-one coaching with professionals from many industries. She is a co-founder of StageSource, The Alliance of Theatre Artists and Producers in Boston.
