About the Author, Matthew Bennett

Joe Duer has had 15 year's experience with computers, including software development, systems management, and database administration. He worked on projects using Oracle that are now deployed on the Internet, for e-commerce. He has created numerous in-house applications using Oracle Developer and Oracle Server. He has previously published chapters on Oracle Developer/2000, Web development and software design.
