About the Author, Sanjiv Purba

Sanjiv Purba, PMP, (Mississauga, Ontario) is an IT executive with more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience. He has written over 10 books and hundreds of articles for such organizations as the Globe and Mail and the Toronto Star.

Joe Zucchero has over 24 years of solid experience in project and program management and the execution of highly complex IT engagements. He was named Executive Vice President of The Casey Group in December 2002 when NetigrateZ, a company he founded in April 2001, was merged with The Casey Group. Prior to founding NetigrateZ, Mr. Zucchero held executive positions with IBM, Ernst & Young LLP, and Keane, Inc. He is recognized as an industry leader in e-business, IT governance, program and project management, and IT services management. Mr. Zucchero, who has qualified to sit for the Project Management Institute’s PMP (Project Management Professional) exam, began his career in information technology at AT&T. His work has been published in Wall Street & Technology, CFO IT, and Financial Executive. Mr. Zucchero holds a B.S. in Education from Villanova University.
