Synopsis

Banksiamen scramble in the shadows beyond the picture window. A grieving woman struggles to recover a voice for herself from the notebooks left behind by her lifelong friend. The black-eyed Spider stalks and mesmerises, feeding on the desires of her acolytes. These are prowlers that haunt the narrative of Tom-Tom O'Shea.

On the surface Prowleris about the anguish of 'growing up', but out of this Marion Campbell creates a profound and often savagely funny and satirical exploration of the personal hazards of separation and engagement, exile and belonging.
