About the Author, Richard Benny

Richard Benny is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Surrey. He is also in part-time practice in the field of Employment Law and has appeared at Employment Tribunals.
Michael Jefferson is Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Sheffield. He is also Chair of the Association of Law Teachers.
Malcolm Sargeant is Professor of Labor Law at Middlesex University Business School.
