About the Author, H. Ted Smith

H. (Ted) Smith is the Owner and Instructor of Quality Soldering Technology in Ontario, Canada. He has been certified by the Canadian military and as a Category C Instructor/Examiner by the United States Department of Defense. Mr. Smith is also certified continuously by Pace, Inc., of Annapolis Junction, Maryland, and IPC. He has provided training at numerous colleges throughout Nova Scotia, Canada, for students as well as teachers.
