H. (Ted) Smith is the proprietor of Quality Soldering Technology, a company based in Russell, Ontario. He is actively involved in training instructors at colleges and other companies throughout Canada, and has taught courses such as High Reliability Soldering, Mil-Std-2000, Repairing Circuit Boards, and Surface Mount Technology.
