Coverage encompasses getting started, setting up a business' accounting system, cash-oriented business activities, other business activities, adjusting entries, budgeting, reporting business activities, and debits and credits. Owen teaches accounting and information systems at Allan Hancock College and at the University of California- Santa Barbara.
