Jill Sherwin is an admitted lifelong Star Trek® fan and bibliophile who is thrilled to have achieved her goal of having someone pay her to watch every episode of Star Trek. Prior to compiling Quotable Star Trek, she spent three seasons as an assistant to the writer/producers on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine®. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Literature from the College of Creative Studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Later she became a staff writer at Casting Call magazine where she interviewed Armin Shimerman one month before getting the job at Deep Space Nine. Along with this book, she counts her proudest achievements as being her Mom's kid and her dog's dad.
