Reality TV

Gr 8 Up-This collection of 17 articles culled from periodicals and Web sites examines the positive and negative aspects of "reality TV." The title of each article has been changed to reflect its stance on the merits or demerits of the genre, and each selection begins with an abstract. An introduction, a list of relevant organizations, a thorough bibliography, and an index are included. While a useful shortcut for researching the topic, the material is also destined to become quickly dated.
