Stephen B. Boyd is J. Allen Easley Professor and Chair of the Department of Religion at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

W. Merle Longwood is Professor of Religious Studies at Siena College in Loudonville, New York.

Mark W. Muesse is Associate Professor of Religious Studies at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
