Novelist and biographer Kear aspires to but does not guarantee a comprehensive list of books published in English on the belief in returning to a human or non-human body after physical death. They include arguments for an against, descriptions of beliefs by traditional world religions, explanations of reincarnation's relationship to paranormal phenomenon and to karma, and personal and collected accounts.
