Revitalizing the Older Suburb

David Listokin is professor and co-director of the Center for Urban Policy Research of Rutgers University. He has served as principal investigator for a wide range of clients. In addition, he has authored or edited The Subdivision and Site Plan Handbook, Development Impact Assessment Handbook, and Mortgage Lending and Race. He is also the series editor of Transaction Publishers’ Urban and Public Policy Reserch Series.

W. Patrick Beaton is currently an Associate Research Professor with the Center and has studied domestic policy issues in the areas of municipal cost assignment, housing demand, rent subsidies and formula allocation problems in community development legislation and regional tax base sharing proposals.
