About the Author, Simon Bainbridge

SIMON BAINBRIDGE is Professor of Romantic Studies and Co-Director of The Wordsworth Centre at University of Lancaster, UK. He was President of the British Association for Romantic Studies (BARS) from 2001- 2003 and continues to serve on the executive. His publications include Napolean and English Romanticism (Cambridge University Press 1995) and British Poetry and the Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars (Oxford University Press 2003).
