Francis A. Lees is Theis Professor of Global Finance in the Tobin College of Business at St. John's University. Professor Lees holds a Ph.D. in Economics. Boris Z. Milner is Chief Researcher in the Institute of Economics at the Russian Academy of Science. Dr. Milner holds a Ph.D. in Management.
