Overview

Recreate this masterpiece or any of its parts (90 patterns) to celebrate the holiday season! Copy sizes are given for ease of hand and machine applique construction. These darling patterns can be used separately to decorate stockings, tote bags, sweaters-the possibilities are endless! Trace each element (elf, toy, sleigh, background, etc.) to create the master pattern for that element. The globe pattern (page 21) can be increased by a printing company to achieve an accurate pattern for piecing. To draw it yourself, the bottom straight line of the original pattern is 56-1/4 inches wide. The center vertical line is 57 inches tall. Extend the globe pieces slightly on the right and left sides to have plenty of seam allowances to attach the toy shop area and the name tag area.
