Overview

A speech therapist and a little girl inspired Nan to write this happy story. Six year old Sarah is unable to talk. She has a wish that is for more ability to express herself than mere talking! She wants to be able to sing "Happy Birthday". With the help of her speech therapist she progresses from a picture board to an augmentative communication device and to a birthday surprise for her mother.
