About the Author, Elliott Mendelson

Frank Ayres, Jr., Ph.D. (deceased) was formerly Professor and Head of the Department of Mathematics at Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is the coauthor of Schaum’s Outline of Calculus, Schaum’s Outline of Trigonometry, and Schaum’s Outline of Mathematics.

Elliott Mendelson (Roslyn, NY) is Professor of Mathematics at Queens College, CUNY. He is the coauthor of Schaum’s Outline of Calculus and author of Schaum’s Outline of Beginning Calculus.
