Sexuality Law 2008 Case Supplement

This supplement cumulates and revises materials for annual supplements prepared for 2006 and 2007. The main text of the casebook was closed to new cases at the end of March 2005, so this supplement updates the materials with more than three year's worth of new cases, legislation and other developments. In some cases, decisions in the bound textbook or earlier annual case supplements were reversed or affirmed by higher courts, with subsequent rulings noted and the newer decisions sometimes found in this supplement. The Supplement is current through mid-June 2008 and includes the recent California Supreme Court opinion, In re Marriage Cases.
