Synopsis

The collection contains three ostinato songs, six canons, and five easy three-part songs (SSA or SAA with baritone option) all designed to help middle school singers make the transition from unison singing to independent part singing.
The six original canons have optional ostinato parts for baritones with limited range. The ostinato songs (folk songs accompanied with vocal ostinatos) may be performed with one, two or three ostinatos, as desired. The part songs have optional unpitched percussion ostinato accompaniments.
