Overview
The ethnographic approach of Somos vecinos enables students to acquire not only a knowledge of the linguistic features of Spanish language, but also an understanding and appreciation of the people who speak it. Through culturally rich content, students learn new vocabulary and review grammar. Somos vecinos is a one-semester intermediate text that uses Latino culture in the United States as the content in a four-skills approach.
