Overview

Does spiritual practice have a lasting effect on metal health? Why is psychological nutrition so important to well-being? Does the body hold feelings and memories? Can spirituality be revitalized in traditional places of worship? How can dance, music, and art become tools for healing?

These questions lie at the heart of the vast and exciting terrain of psychological development and spiritual growthβ€”two fields hat have grown side by side into an increasingly popular movement. Soul Work is the first comprehensive guide to this powerful network of ideas. As founders of Common Boundary magazine, the bellwether of the consciousness movement. Anne and Charles Simpkinson lead us through the fields of spirituality and psychotherapy with an intelligence and clarity that is critically informed by their own personal mission. Packed with information and featuring contributions by America's leading consciousness writers. Soul Work is an invaluable guide in the ongoing spiritual search.
