Winnie Tang is the chief executive officer of ESRI China (Hong Kong) and holds a PhD in geographic information systems from the University of Hong Kong. Jan Selwood is an independent GIS consultant who develops and manages GIS projects for a wide range of clients and applications in Europe and Asia.
