About the Author, Nobuhiro Okamoto

Nobuhiro Okamoto is Assistant Director at the Development Studies Center at the Institute of Developing Economies-JETRO. Takeo Ihara is Professor of Economics and Regional Science at the Graduate School of the University of Kitakyushu, Japan.
