Children's Literature
Do you believe in ghosts? How about spectres, apparitions, or even poltergeists? I can't say that you will even after reading this book. The author makes a vague attempt at making the unbelievable come to life for the reader. It is hardly worth your time. Accounts from past "sightings" are presented as credible for the most part, but they are still highly unlikely. If you have an overwhelming interest in the afterworld, this may be the book for you., but I never found any secrets explained. This book is part of the "Secrets of the Unexplained" series. 2000, Benchmark Books, Ages 10 up, $28.50. Reviewer: Scott S. Floyd
