Overview
The Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSADM), developed by the CCTA, is a set of procedural, technical and documentation standards for systems development. Version 4 of the method was introduced in 1990. This book, now in its second edition, considers the construction and use of the fundamental models of SSADM. Each technique is examined in depth, giving guidelines on notation, construction, presentation and documentation. The progressive development of each model is illustrated using detailed examples. The new edition provides an integrated case study running through the chapters of the book, increases the practicality of the chapters on physical design and includes an important new chapter on Object Oriented SSADM.Book Details
