About the Author: John J. Talamo received his law degree from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. He splits his time living outside of the Las Vegas area and Southern California.

Mark Warda received his law degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He currently resides in Winter Haven, Florida.

About the Author, John J. Talamo

Mark Warda has been a Florida attorney for over thirty years. He received his BA with Honors from the University of Illinois in Chicago and his JD from the University of Illinois in Champaign.

He is the author of over seventy self-help law books. Today Mark is continuing to update his books and running Land Trust Service Corporation. He lives in Lake Wales, Florida with his wife Alexandra and his three year old son, Mark David.

John J. Talamo is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his law degree from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.

In addition to advising clients on all matters relating to buying, selling, owning, and renting property, Mr. Talamo has written or coauthored several book on topics relating to real estate and business. Collectively, his books have sold over two million copies and are used nationally by government agencies, title companies, escrow companies, and real estate agents.

He resides outside Las Vegas, Nevada.
