Overview

An innovative series to help children improve reading, writing, arithmetic, and spelling while they are not in school.

Approximately 80 percent of what children are taught in school is lost within a month, unless that knowledge is reinforced quickly and continuously. Summer Bridge Activities is a series of seven workbooks designed to keep preschoolers through sixth graders learning between grades to enhance retention and improve basic academic skills.

The activities in these workbooks have been correlated with state department of education curriculum guide lines and endorsed by principals, PTA presidents, curriculum directors, teachers, and thousands of kids who have tested them. Parents are discovering a dual purpose in the workbooks, as they use them as both an educational aid in the summer and an academic supplement during the school year.

Each day's activity includes an exercise in reading, writing, arithmetic, and language arts.

Great for trips as well as summer vacations.

A fun, effective way to give children a head start on upcoming curriculum.
