Joel D. Wisner is a Professor of Supply Chain Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He earned his PhD in Operations and Logistics Management from Arizona State University in 1991. Prior to that time, Dr. Wisner worked as an engineer in the oil industry in West Texas and the Louisiana Gulf Coast.
