Author Biography: Kathleen E. Allen is Senior Fellow at the University of Maryland's Academy of Leadership, and was formerly Vice President of Student Development at the College of St. Benedict, Minnesota. Cynthia Cherrey is Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and a Clinical Associate Professor at the University Of Southern California.
