About the Author, John Ross

John Ross is a senior consultant with SharePoint911. He has more than seven years of experience implementing solutions for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and government organizations. John has worked with all project phases from analysis to implementation and has been involved with a wide range of SharePoint solutions that include public-facing Internet sites, corporate intranets, and extranets. He is a coauthor of The Ted Pattison Group's course SPG301: SharePoint Planning and Governance. John lives in Orlando, Florida.
