Overview

"Test Your Own Aptitude" has been a bestseller in Britain since it was first published in 1990, and has been adopted as a standard text by official careers services. Translated into numerous languages, it has assisted thousands of people globally to discover their potential. Yet the world of work has changed. Many of the popular careers a decade ago are now barely to be found, while new ones have appeared. The "job for life" is being replaced by the "self-managed career." This latest edition brings the process of matching talent to opportunity up to date.
