About the Author, Frank Dailey

Franklyn E. Dailey Jr. is a technology writer based out of Wilbraham, Massachusetts. A retired captain of the U.S. Naval Reserve and a retired vice president of R&D Scott Graphics, Inc., Dailey has authored a number of reports for CTR. Dailey has worked for McGraw Hill, a publishing company based out of New York City, as well as other Fortune 500 companies. Dailey holds a B.S. in both Marine Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, and a M.S. in Physics from the University of California.
