About the Author, Douglas J. Wolf

Douglas J. Wolf started working with ACT! in 1991 when he wrote the company's manual for the ACT! 2.0 for DOS. He has written 3 subsequent books on ACT!, produces ACT! training videos and CDROM's was the founding editor Easy ACT!. As an Symantec ACT! Certified Consultant, he assists San Diego businesses in implementing ACT! as their Sales Force Automation tool. Mr. Wolf has written 30 other computer titles, starting in 1986 with 123 Quick and Easy. He has had a varied career, (some, like his wife, would say he is unfocused-he says he is a renaissance man and easily bored,) as VP of Sales for several software firms, founded a mortgage company, was a radio talk show host, and State Director of the Concord Coalition.
