About the Author, Daniella Woolf

Daniella Woolf, known as “the encaustic gypsy,” has worked in fiber, collage, jewelry, metalsmithing, installation, and encaustic art. She teaches for R+F Paints and WaxWorksWest and conducts workshops around the world. She is the author of Encaustic with a Textile Sensibility, and produced a teaching DVD under the same title. Daniella's work has been published in many catalogs and magazines. She lives in Santa Cruz, California.
