Is there anyone who doesn't like balloons? Balloons always add an air of excitement and festivity to any occasion. In this book, 63 balloon games, including games for handicapped participants, are outlined in a clear, simple format. There are chapters on balloon sculpture, decorating with balloons, building a balloon clown, and even the history of balloons. More judicious editing would have made this better, but, nevertheless, it is a good and unusual addition to any librarian's, teacher's, camp director's, or Scout leader's shelf of inexpensive, fun activities.
