Synopsis

Appreciation is much more than a feel-good mantra, and much more than gratitude. Appreciation is an actual energy, functioning according to scientific principles, which can be harnessed by anyone to achieve success, happiness and fulfillment in every area of life:
Relationships
Finances
Health
Aging
Family
Through crisis situations...and more

The Power of Appreciation will open your eyes to the fabulous rewards of conscious, proactive appreciation. Based on a five-step approach, this book also includes color graphics illustrating the scientific impact of appreciation on the brain, important research supporting the positive effects of appreciation, and an examination of appreciation's influence on how we experience the world we live in.
