Traffic Jam is a well-written story of a young girl’s struggle to help keep her family safe from a danger she can only begin to comprehend. In a way, I saw it as a coming of age story where a young, untried girl of sixteen fights what seems like overwhelming odds to emerge a more mature but still very sweet young woman. It is the kind of book you can curl up with on a rainy afternoon, with a hot cup of tea and a nice fire in the fireplace.Regan Murphy
