Mr. Wilcox holds the Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner designation from ISC2. He also holds a bachelor of science in business and management with a specialty in telecommunications and information management from Marylhurst University.
Mr. Wilcox frequently speaks at conferences and seminars on communications related subjects, including information security and video, voice and data convergence. He has participated in the National Association for Quality and Participation, Beyond War and various civic groups.
