Children's Literature

In this fast-paced sequel to the time fantasy novel, Walker of Time, Walker, a fifteen-year-old, modern Hopi boy must lead a group of his prehistoric friends from their old home in Walnut Canyon to a new home and life at the Hopi mesas. As in the first novel, it is evident that the author has researched her topic well. The reader learns a great deal about Sinaguan Culture and prehistory, while enjoying a tale filled with adventure, supernatural mystery and a little romance. It might be rather difficult to understand the time complexities and the many characters if one has not read the first book.
