About the Author, Matthew J. Pantera

Matthew J. Pantera III, Ed.D., is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Sport Management and Recreation at Springfield College, Massachusetts. Dr. Matt, an avid NFL fan for 50 years, is married to Patricia, a maternity nurse in Newton, MA.,and is the father of three married children, Mary Kay, Matthew IV, and John.

Illustrator:
Marjorie J. Pantera is Dr. Matt's youngest sister with twenty-five years of scenic artistry in the Buffalo and New York City, New York areas. Marjorie has been recognized for her contributions to civil society in TV, Museum, Corporate, and Theatrical endeavors.
