Kackie Charles, MCSE, MCT, has been working with Windows NT since 1995, and has been Microsoft certified since 1996. Kackie was the principal instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Center from 1995 to 1998, and joined Unisys Corporation as a network design engineer in 1998, where she was an enterprise architect for the Navy Standard Personnel System program. Kackie was recognized for her work on NSIPS by the Naval Reserve Information Systems Office and was presented with the Unisys Award for Excellence. In 1999, Kackie started Kackie Charles Systems Engineering, through which she actively supported the NSIPS program as part of the Systems Engineering/Deployment group.
