Overview

Working in Language and Law is a detailed account of the forensic linguistic work done by the author in the last 35 years. It provides exemplary insights into an ever-expanding field of expert testimony focusing on the situation in Germany since the seventies. Covering all major areas of the field including the problems and caveats of each, it outlines future tasks and developments. Of special interest the explicit and implicit contrasts between the American and the German "systems."
