About the Author, Wow Worldwide Limite

Kathy Robinson, a deaf educator and the mother of two deaf children, created the methodology for WOW. An experienced broadcaster, she has appeared on "Woman's Hour", "Start the Week", "Pebble Mill at One", "TV AM" and other programs. She has written feature articles for British national newspapers and magazines, such as "The Guardian", "The Times" and the "Times Educational Supplement". Kathy has also received many awards for her work, including "Woman of the World" (Woman's World magazine), "Woman of the Year" (Woman magazine) and she was a finalist in the Royal National Institute for Deaf People's Communicator of the Year Award for "Outstanding Services on behalf of Deaf People."

In addition to creating the artwork for the WOW series, Sam Williams also illustrated the Little Red series by Sarah, Duchess of York and wrote and illustrated the Bunny and Bee's series. He lives in London.
