Married with two children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and living in a village near Lincoln. Has had an interesting and much travelled life which included service in the RAF with posting to Cyprus, Singapore and a bomb disposal squadron afterwards in industry and the R.Aux.A.F. Regiment.
