About the Author, Elizabeth A. Buchanan

Elizabeth A. Buchanan is associate professor and director of the Center for Information Policy Research, School of Information Studies, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Kathrine A. Henderson is research librarian, State of Arizona Office of the Auditor General, in Phoenix, Arizona.
